Benediction Service

Adoration of the Blessed Sacrament is an important event in the life of All Saints Catholic College. Every half term, staff and students have the opportunity to spend prayerful time in the presence of the Holy Eucharist in the Chapel. Our Advent Adoration was made all the more special through Benediction by Fr John. With the use of Livestream Fr John invited the whole school community to participate in the Divine praises and to be blessed. As part of the Livestream, Fr John also blessed the new Lectionaries for use in school. These are the books that are used for the scripture readings in masses and therefore are very important to the Catholic Church. It is forty-two years since the set of Lectionaries has been updated so it was important for all our community to be part of this special and historic occasion.
